I recently moved and redesigned my website. Long story short, I was unhappy with our web company and decided to take it into my hands.

So, we moved hosting and I redesigned the site using Joomla. But Google still has a lot of dead links now. I wanted to redirect all those links to the new site... just the home page, would be better than a 404 anyway!

Installed your component, plugin, activated the plugin, wrote the Error line into .htaccess file, added just one URL from Google's list to see if it worked... nope.

Can ReDJ help me in this case, since I don't have access to the old hosting anymore?

Yes, ReDJ was made for this (I had more than 4000 errors from old ASP site).

You should provide me with some example of error pages, so I can explain how ReDJ works.
