I use joomla 1.5.22 and sh404sef and .htaccess file. I've installed your component and enabled plugin "System - ReDJ".
Months ago i've switched in sf404sef to use mod_rewrite without index.php so my new urls are very nice.
The only pain are the old urls ( urls with index.php? ) I can't redirect these urls through .htaccess file and sh404sef. I've tried everything to get rid of the old urls ( urls with index.php?) but without success.
I have read the features of your component and thought it would be simple to redirect the old urls.
But unfortunately i can't manage to redirect. Please help. This is the way i tried to redirect.
In your component : From URL: /index.php?/France.html
To URL: www.mywebsite.com/france.html
Redirect: 301
