Hi,
the item is wrong. Try this:

From URL: ^/support
To URL: http://{siteurl}/
Redirect: 301

This will redirect all the calls under /support to the homepage. First try with 301 redirect to see if it works. Then you can change it to 200 (but only if you have Enterprise version, otherwise a 301 will be performed).
