Is it possible with redj(Enterprise) to replace the /item/ with any other name?

It depends.
I mean, you can always change something with ReDJ, just because it works on URL, no matter which extension generate it.

BUT, after that there must be a mechanism to transform the new URL in the old one, because the extension needs these information.

In your case, as example, I', sure that Zoo needs the "item" to understand which is the content.

So, if you would like a new URL where item is already there (e.g. www.site.tld/item-mycustomtext/titlealias) we can do it. If you would like to have URL like this:

www.site.tld/mycustomtextforitem/titlealias

Then we could create a custom macro that allows to associate mycustomtextforitem to item.

to: www.kalinero.si/index.php/pleskanje/61-svet-harmonije?start=5

I tried like this:

from: /component/content/frontpage
to: http://{siteurl}/index.php/pleskanje{pathltrim /index.php/component/content/frontpage}{queryfull}

but it's not ok.
