I was wondering if it was possible to create a dynamic destination based on information from the database?

I would like each seller on my site (ex. abcsell) to be able to create their own (alias) landing page. So if their name is Tom Jones then they can tell people to goto www.abcsell.com/tomjones to see all their items.

The destination page is actually a form that is submitted to the database to retrieve their items for sale using their user id.

Is this possible?

it will be possible in the next version, with a macro that allow a table lookup.

I've already done a customization to some users with this macro, so if you can't wait I could add this to your version. I need to know which version are you using and more details on the table lookup query you need. The reason is the macro should return exactly what you need, while in the next release there will be "placeholders" so you will be able to build any result step-by-step.

Just got the enterprise version and downloaded it c/w manual.

I want the database to be full of towns and for the towns to be a redirect 200 version of standard Joomla search results.

I would thus have:

mywebsite.com/Milton_Keynes
