I'm trying to create alias and redirect them but it doesn't seem to work.

From Url: /muscle-flex-inc-a-rare-investing-opportunity

to URL:http://{siteurl}/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=7

The reason I'm doing it is that I want to create a url like myurl.com/muscle-flex-inc-a-rare-investing-opportunity that will display content that is located on http://{siteurl}/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=7

Is that possible? And how do I do it because it doesn't work.

item is right. So, chech that plugin is enabled, and check if ErrorDocument is configured in your .htaccess file.
