I uninstalled the plug in and component and reinstalled them but there is still a blank page. I have reset "Custom error 404 page" in the plugin to "Yes" and put the page ID "2"

When I look in the com_redj directory there are no files there at all.

When I look in ReDJ Manager the Italian and English error pages are shown.

your ReDJ component now is ok. But I can't see ReDJ plugin anymore.

Please, install the plugin, activate it, and configure with "custom error page" to yes, and ID = 2. I won't do by myself on your backend (I'm just an observer).

If then still not work, I'll check again on the backend.

Ok David,
now ReDJ is working correctly. I test some configured redirects and they works.

There's still the problem related to custom error page, but is an Apache problem (not related to ReDJ).

It's strange there's nothing in Apache error logs, I'd like to do a double check. Can you send me a fresh Apache error log file?

as you can see your log contains only the last errors and just because there are too many entry I can't see messages related to my tries. Look at timestamp:



But oldest error line is:



Is there a way to take oldest lines?

It seems you use cpanel to manage your hosting.

If so, you should try to refresh error log page just after a call to a wrong page (e.g. www.dramaresource.com/testerror). Doing so you should be able to view what happens to your Apache when an error occours.

Another try we can do. Delete or comment ErrorDocument option in your .htaccess file, so we can check if the error is elsewhere.

First we should try to fix this error:



Take a look at your virtual host configuration in cpanel, and check if there are ErrorDocument directives.

Another error that can be related to is:

Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace.

I've checked redirection items in ReDJ and I haven't found loop condition, so, take a look to your cpanel redirections.
