Example
From URL - /index.php?option=com_content&view=section&id=4&Itemid=37 (article)
Published - YES
Order - 0
To URL - afrikao.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userprofile&user=81 (user profile in Community Builder)
REDIRECT - 200

Rule is published.
Plugin is published and set to first.
Platform - Joomla 1.5.20

But REDIRECTION DOES NOT WORK.
WHAT I DID WRONG ?

About your problem, please first try a 301 redirect as follow:



Note that you need to escape the question mark (\?). About the internal redirect, we have found a problem with some URL related to components (while this should work without problems with articles as in your case). We are working to fix the problem. A solution will be available in a few days (otherwise we will refund all the users).
