I use Jreviews and I noticed that for the jReviews pages Tag Meta is removing the titles for JReviews.

Its too manual to always put in a new item each time an item is used in JReviews so I cannot do this for hundreds of things like products in a shopping system perhaps.

I don't know how to stop it working for those pages which are JReviews. For these pages I can say for example that in the URL will be always containing /hotel-resort-reviews/ for example

landed.at/hotel-resort-reviews/724-le-meridien-bangkok-contemporary-and-stylish-hotel

and when it contains that I would like that it ignores Tag Meta !

Hi,
when you create an item under Tag Meta you are telling when to work, and not when NOT to work. So, what you need is possible, simply send me your Tag Meta table, so we can modify the matching item with regular expressions in a way that excludes JReviews.

Hmmm I had an entry which was simply "/" so it was defaulting everything else that was not an entry before and so all pages had the same title to note this went down very poorly with SERPS.

So I unpublished it but cant find a way to get the index page alone now which is what I thought this was doing.

So thanks but dont need to send you the table now though really appreciate the offer, just need to alert people to the use of / should really never be used !

you are right, "/" should never be used. But there's a tutorial that explains exactly how Tag Meta works...

So, if you need to set meta tag ONLY FOR HOMEPAGE, change "/" with "^/$".

Caret and dollar means "start with" and "end with". It solves...
