Hello,

I am using Joomla 1.5.9 and Tag Meta Version 1.1 it has worked very well and easy on all my pages except my home page.

I have changed URL to index.php, index.html and www.fullforceoutdoors.com nothing seems to work.

I turned off meta in Joomla Global Configuration and that did not work on or off.

Is there something I am missing or a setting I need to change in Joomla to get meta in home page?

Joomla! default home is /index.php, so try adding these two entries:

URI 1:
^/$

URI 2:
^/index.php$

Please, remember that Tag Meta plugin should be the last one to touch page meta info, so be sure there aren't other plugin that do something like this with order greater that Tag Meta (filter all your system plugin and look at order).

Worked just fine.

I used ^/index.php$ as URL

and yes had to move tag Meta in order of system plugins.

I am not sure if what I am doing is correct. I already have Tag Meta installed but it does not seem to be working.

I tried the stuff that you have advised the other posters but I could not seem to get things work.

This is because you need to escape question mark (it can be done putting a backslash behind).

Hi,
I have the same problem in that the Meta Tags work with all my pages expect for the home page.
Ive tried inserting into the URI tag:
index.php
^/index.php$
^/$

Nothing works - ive also made Meta Tags the last to update in the plugin section

Any ideas?
