I am trying to install tagmeta to joomla and i am a newbie. I have followed the install guides. I can get the plugin to install. I created a zip file from the plugin file in the main tagmeta file. It worked.
I then tryed to install the component part by creating a zip file from the administrater file in the main tag meta file, that did not work. came back with "Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package".
So then tryed creating a zip file for the components file in the administrator file that did not work same error, and then a zip file with the administrator file and the language file still same error message.
So then created a zip file for the com_tagmeta in the components file and that did not work and came back with the error message "JInstaller::install: File '/var/www/vhosts/dresslittleblack.co.uk/httpdocs/tmp/install_4cd3e249d0af0/com_tagmeta/administrator/components/com_tagmeta/tagmeta_install.sql' does not exist." with
"Install Component Error" underneath the first error message. I take that the com_tagmeta is the correct file to archive and upload??
I do not understand! I have checked in the file and tagmeta_install.sql is there. Am i being an idiot here and missing something or doing something wrong or is it more than that!??
Please help this is very very infuriating

If you prefer to do by yourself, follow this steps:

1) Ensure your Joomla version updated (e.g. 1.5.18 of newest).

2) Ensure to remove old files, so delete folder com_tagmeta in components, administrator\components, and the files tagmeta.* in folder plugin\system.

3) If this is a first installation, delete also the tables jos_tagmeta*.

4) Download the 1.3 installation package from own download section.

5) Install from the backend.

6) Log here any error you should get.

I've installed Tag Meta 1.3 Community on your site (without problems). The plugin is in right position (last between system plugin), but is disabled.
Now you just can enable it and start to use Tag Meta. Remember to take a fast look at tutorial to see how it works.
