Hi, I am using tag meta on my joomla site and although I have completely sorted out long/short and some duplicate information I still have duplicates on my contact form which I guess is due to the mailto link on every page. One of the URLs is www.aliveit.net/component/mailto/?tmpl=component&link=aHR0cDovL3d3dy5hbGl2ZWl0Lm5ldC93ZWJob3N0aW5n and I have tried many ways of adding it to tag meta but with no success. There are 11 links very similar to this one that I need to remove as duplicates.

Also, nearly every other page in my site has a duplicate, I believe because of the user friendly URL and the Joomla URL. If anybody could offer me some assistance it would be greatly appreciated.

how you would remove duplicates (e.g. using dynamic keywords, using canonical, ...).

Hi Luigi, sorry I don't understand if you are asking me a question or telling me something however I have solved my own question by using ^/component/\?string$ for long URLs to remove them.
