Has there been any performance testing done with Tag meta? I ask as I am in the process of rebuilding one of our sites as it is having some CPU over use issues and I am testing each extension I have used and asking about performance so to ensure that whatever I re use will not be a performance issue.

So how does Tag Meta perform under heavy use with 100's or even 1000's of items?
