Does the enterprise version create keywords and descriptions for each page like some other extensions of this type. I am asking because it looks like it from the description but I am not sure. Didn't want to buy it if it didn't. I know it's function to create them for a category page that isn't auto created by Joomla, but would like something to do it for standard pages automatically.

it doesn't do nothing "auto-magically".

If you want, try to use the Community version. The Enterprise just adds some features like automatic keywords generation, but nothing is done automatically.

There's also a short tutorial available for download, that explains how to use Tag Meta.
