I am trying to put meta tags and titles to a lot of housing pages.
The pages are being loaded by a component results template which actually calls the same
base href for all houses. You can see this by using chrome's page-source for e.g.

Because I want different meta tags and titles per house, I am looking for a a way
to do this. Now I am only stuck to one option: the title and tags which belong to this base href url.

I checked the example page, so you would like to have a different title and description for each "card".

It seems you need a custom macro to do this. I could think and create something for you, but I would like to know/understand which parts of card you would like to capture (i.e. which information are relevant for you, Adres, Woontype, or what).
