This is awkward. I am not a programmer, but I have been using Joomla for several years, have built 100+ sites, and usually I have no major problems getting started with a new component. But this time nothing seems to be working. And since the reviews tell me there are people out there who make it work, the problem must be yours truly.

I have installed Tag Meta 1.6.0, set up the rules, entered /17 as base bath, checked the manual and entered settings accordingly, erased the meta kerywords and description in global settings. And still - not working! No meta tags showing up at page source.

Also I have FaLang installed, which is a fork of JoomFish 1.7.3. Somewhere you mentioned that these components may interfer with each other, hence I set "Redirect" to "Yes", although you mentioned this is only for Enterprise version.

Joomla version is 1.7.3.

I know asking "what's wrong" with this information is like asking "how tall is a house", but I really don't know what else to do. Any suggestions appreciated.

if FaLang works like JoomFish maybe this is the problem.

I'd like to help you, but you gave me a lot of information not really useful to understand your problem.

If you like, I can setup Tag Meta to work in your backend. This is what we usually do in "desperate cases", and this is one of the reasons why there are so much good reviews...
