C'è una cosa che non mi torna. Sto verificando le specifiche del mod_rewrite di Apache. Appena posso ti faccio sapere.

Grazie milleper la tua disponibilità!

Ho verificato ed è corretto che quando scrivi:

www.holidaysintoscana.com/test/pincopallino

Ti redirige alla home del sito di test. E' conseguenza del .htaccess della cartella test e più precisamente intervengono le regole di rewrite di Joomla. Per fare una prova è sufficiente che in suddetto file commenti ErrorDocument per evitare che Apache delega gli errori a Joomla. Poi chiama l'url sopra e vedrai che continua a rispondere Joomla, disattivi le regole di rewrite in questo modo:

RewriteEngine Off

E vedrai che invece risponde Apache. Questo dimostra che sono le regole di rewrite che alla fine fanno atterrare le richiesta sulla home di Joomla.

Quindi non ci sono anomalie con le tue installazioni. Occorre solo far funzionare JoomFish sul sito di produzione.

Grazie mille veramente, ho provato ed è come dici tu, mi sento più tranquillo adesso perché continuare a lavorare su una cosa che sai che è sbagliata non è bello!

Per quanto riguarda le friendly url penso di non attivarle (almeno per ora) in questo modo JoomFish mi funziona perfettamente, nel sito di produzione sto mettendo on-line i contenuti in inglese (li dove mi vengono forniti, altrimenti resta un no traslation...

Direi che è perfetto.
